RETURNS Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return on items deemed not to be resealable. All parcels are sent back at your own risk. We would advise using recorded delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. DAMAGES All items are checked and packaged appropriately before being dispatched however we do realise once they are in the delivery network damages may occur beyond our control. If your order is damaged, send us an email with photos of the damage and the packaging with your details, including name, address, email and order number. CUSTOM-MADE, BESPOKE AND HANDMADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS We do not offer returns on custom-made, bespoke or handmade-to-order items. SALE ITEMS (if applicable) Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. CANCELLATIONS (if applicable) Any cancellations to orders must be within 24 hours of being placed and before dispatched email has been sent. REFUNDS (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. DELIVERIES Simple Touch Designs Store only delivers to customers in the United Kingdom. STANDARD SHIPPING PRICES Delivery charges are automatically calculated and added to the cart during the checkout process. Simple Touch Designs calculates the prices of its Standard Shipping deliveries by order weight using the following bands. 0kg to 2kg: £3.95 2kg to 5kg: £6.00 5kg to 10kg: £7.85 10kg to 20kg: £14.95 20 kg and over: £35.00 STANDARD SHIPPING DELIVERY TIMES 3-5 Days delivery time for orders up to 20kg 7-14 Days delivery time for orders over 20kg All orders for items in stock are usually despatched within 24-48 hours of receipt. During busy periods, please allow more time. Once dispatched, delivery to the UK mainland can take from 2-5 working days. Delivery times to non-UK mainland locations vary. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us to confirm dispatch details. There are some exceptions to this and some postcodes may incur a Delivery surcharge. The system will not automatically charge for this surcharge. We will notify you of any applicable delivery charge once your order is placed. Store Pick Ups from our are free and are available to pick up the next working day, except for custom-made items which are available for pick up in 7-14 days, an email will be sent when custom-made orders are ready for pick up.
